Ingredients:
• 4 cups of coocked Quinoa
• 1 1/2 cup of chopped Zucchini
• 1/2 cup of diced red bell pepper
• 1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
• 1/2 cup of diced yellow bell pepper
• 1/4 cup of diced onion
• 1 tablespoon of power garlic
• 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
• 1 tablespoon of oregano
• 1 tablespoon of basil
• 1/4 tablespoon of cayenne powder
• 1 tablespoon of Himalayan or Celtic salt
• 1/4 cup of spring water
Cooking instructions:
1. Put a large skillet on high heat and add grapeseed oil.
2. Place all vegetables and seasonings into the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Pour spring water in and add quinoa. Cook for 5 minutes.
