Ingredients:
• 1 Butternut squash
• 1 cup of chopped onion
• 5 tablespoons grapeseed oil
• 1 tablespoon of garlic grounded
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan or Celtic salt
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Cooking instructions:
1. Remove the skin. Cut off the ends of squash. Remove seeds.
2. Cut the squash in small fries.
3. Put a skillet on high heat and add oil.
4. Add chopped veggies and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat intil golden brown.
5. Spread seasonings on top of veggies
6. Enjoy
